And this is why so many want to take advantage of it.
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Many poor families around the world wake up with one goal and that is to put food on the table. Their focus is to provide the basics for their families. Accordingly, they don't have any bandwidth to get caught into Self Actualization Mode which is TOO prevalent in the more developed countries.
If the rumors of impending food shortages come to fruition, let's see how much bandwidth is spent on proper pronoun usage...
You are right on that point. The wealthiest states in the union are blue states and they have the highest standards of living. The poorest states are all deep red states. These bastions of conservatism have a very low standard of living. In fact the quality of life in states like Alabama and Mississippi is comparable to that of many Third World countries.
The more money you make in the USA, the more you vote republican
The more taxes you pay in the USA, the more you vote republican
The more land you own in the USA, the more you vote republican
The more businesses you own in the USA, the more you vote republican.
These are easy demographics to locate. It's been this way for a long time.
