With the degree to which the right seems to hate this President if there was the slightest shred of credible legal merit to these claims of him not being legally qualified to be the President you can bet the Republican machine would have used every means at their disposal to use said legal evidence to bring about the downfall of their favorite scapegoat= President Obama.
Several actions have already been tried in the courts all with the same outcome,thrown out of court.
As for the islands?Seems to be only an issue to some guy named Joe miller as i cant find any credible media attention to the issue,in fact doing a bit of research i doubt Obama had anything to say about the issue at all as everything seems to have been adequately resolved to the satisfaction of all back in the 1920's..
Easy. If you had a education you would have learned that Washington, Jefferson, John Adams and a few others who would become president were grandfathered in as simple Citizens at the time of the adoption of the Constitution until a second generation natural born Citizen was finally able to meet the requirement of the Article 2 Section 1 Clause.
But they were BORN with allegiance to Great Britain. If one is BORN with allegiance to a particular country how could that allegiance be transferred by a piece of paper?
Remember that the US bought Alaska from Russia for a bargain basement price. Who cares if we lose a few specks of land out in the middle of no where to them? We got the biggest piece of the cake already.
Well, this is good news to us Canadians. Since Obama really is not an American maybe he will give us back the Canadian lands that were taken from us as a result of the war of 1812. We don't really want it all back though and we will be satisfied with, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Oregon and Washington. These places seem more Canadian than American to me anyways and I'm completely sure the people will have better lives as a result. What would they get out of it???
Better schools, better healthcare FOR FREE, no political insanity, no massive federal interference in their affairs, NO, FBI, CIA, DHS, DEA, ATF, IRS AND ALL THE OTHER HUNDREDS OF FEDERAL COPS. Most likely three quarters of the prioners in jail would be freed.
So, come on there Obama, prove to me you really hate the USA and hand over the goodies.
