If youra true Christian, a Warrior for Christ, then you have to pick sides in politics. Politics define leaders, leaders define the course of nations. If that course does not lead to what God wants for his people, then as Christians we have a right to speak up and change the course.
No you don't. Jesus never told his disciples to change the world through Roman politics. In fact he didn't care who was emperor. He just wanted his followers to spread the gospel. he had more important things to do. In fact, once Christianity got political is when it started to really go downhill.
Should Reverend Graham be asked such a question? Is Obama a Christian? Should not Reverend Graham answer in truth? Should not Reverend Graham not ask Obama for help to protect the Christians in other nations? Or should Reverend Graham just sit home and keep his light under a bushel?
A pastors duty is to spread the gospel, not play political games by judging the faith of the candidates. That's the whole point. You attack Rev Wright for playing political games, and at the same time you defend Rev Graham for playing political games.
How exactly should the US protect Christians in other countries?

It is fine to talk about issues, but to misrepresent other people's faith is not.
Recently, after one of the Repub debates, someone was interviewing Rev. Franklin Graham, and asking him about religious beliefs. On hearing his answer, I wanted to stand up and cheer. What he said was:
"WE ARE NOT ELECTING A PASTOR-IN-CHIEF; WE ARE ELECTING A COMMANDER IN CHIEF."
He was telling us that one's religion should not be an issue in an election.
Maybe we should take that advice.
That's because he was backing Romney. Romney is a mormon, so if you are going to support him, you'll have to say that religion is not an issue. Now that he supports Santorum, faith is back on the table as a big issue. They need to quit using Christianity as a political tool.

Who cares;he is just one man amount millions of wackos. Ever listen to Rev Wright who Obama listened to every sunday who preached that whity was the devil?
Actually, it does our country some good to get a creepy crackpot like Franklin Graham in front of the cameras to spew his venom. Americans need to be informed about the dark ages mindset of these bigots.
Where in the US Constitution does it say anyone running for governor, state representative, mayor, congressman, senator or president has to be a Christian?
No candidate for political office should have to pass some kind of religious "test'!
Franklin Graham is the new arbiter of who is and who isn't a Christian, huh?
Here's the deal with Franklin Graham...
He's another Obamaphobe who's gonna take every opportunity to slag on the president. No one should be the least bit surprised or upset at what he said yesterday. He's totally consistent in this regard.
And it doesn't matter. He isn't convincing or influencing anyone. He's preaching to his narrow choir of birthers, religious freakazoids, and far right haters. And they're just like him - they hate the fact that Obama is alive. The fact that he's their president is driving them even further into psychosis.
The rational public needs to be exposed to this kind of looniness. That way they know they're out there.
