They have official sworn affidavits from vetted people by the Sheriffs department. They have a government official ready to come forward stating he was with Obama at Bill Ayers house when Obama was a foreign student.
Well, Sheriff Joe is running for re-election (at age 79!).
I mean, if he had not found anything strange, he would have said so straight out today, right?
I mean, his supporters would certainly have readily accepted a statement by him that "There is no credible evidence that President Obama was not born in Hawaii". That would have settled it once and for all for Joe's supporters, right?
1. There is not a single new "anomaly" presented by this "investigation. Every single concern they expressed has already been thoroughly debunked.
2. Birthers will never again be able to use at least one of their false claims; that optimization does not create layers. In fact, the "posse" has completely inverted that argument and now claim that it didn't produce enough layers.
3. The "control document" they pretend to have created is, frankly, not even a good try. All they demonstrated is that the software they used optimized the document differently than the software the Whitehouse used. Insert "duh" here.
4. Consistently throughout the press conference, Mike Zullo misrepresented the facts, For example... he repeatedly stated that the green safety layer was a separate layer and added last. In fact, this is not true at all. The layer with the safety pattern also includes most of the rest of the original form. And they did not point out that there are other layers from the date stamp and registrar's stamps that can be freely moved around the page.
5. The 2 digit Post Office Stamp on the selective service form has been shown to be consistent with several other Post Office Stamps used at the same time. This was proved three years ago.
Two crimes have been committed, two felonies. This is bad. The media is asking questions to Arpaio. Arpaio is hammering them back saying Obama needs to prove he was born here.
Through the years, in law enforcement search after law enforcement search, the usual suspects always screamed that nothing should be done unless Probable Cause was presented (and I agree with them, for a change).
Will we now see them do a hasty 180 and scream today that Probable Cause presented by a law enforcement official is unimportant and makes no difference?

Now that the Sheriff has presented Probable Cause to believe that (a) the birth certificate is forged and (b) the White House engaged in a coverup of evidence, what's next?
In other cases where PC is established, the Sheriff would normally go to a judge and get him to swear out a warrant for a search and seizure, naming the place(s) to be searched and the persons and things to be seized. (I got that from some antiquated document.)
