In the same post you state "He didn't renew his license" in one sentence. Then you say "He can renew it when he is finished with his presidential term (in 2017)." in the other sentence.

Which is it?

Obama is still an attorney. He is not a practicing attorney right now. If he so chooses, he can renew his license to practice law and become a practicing attorney again. He was not disbarred, so he is still a lawyer.

Clear?

I think what i stated was perfectly understandable.

A doctor suddenly doesn't become a doctor if he/she didn't renew his license or doesn't open a practice

Why did Obama resign his license to practice law?

You said he didn't renew his license. Then you said he can renew it. Where do you stand?

not renewing your license is not resigning.

I think I will start a new thread on this subject since we are getting off topic away from the Fox news host stating he paid 200k to keep his Harvard transcripts from being released. I will go and do that now.

One of his bills was to name a post office.
This is the Global AIDS spending bill, which passed, but Obama was too busy campaigning to vote on it..
In addition to spending $50 billion at a time of growing economic difficulties in the U.S., the bill lifts the ban on entry into the U.S. of AIDS-infected aliens, who could end up adding to the costs of the health care system.
Senate Passes Obama’s AIDS Bill
