Its not like you come up with these things over night. Some bills take months to get written and created.
Do you really believe that co-sponsoring over 200 failed bills and getting just 2 bills passed in a tenior of 143 days as a Jr Senator is enough legislative qualification to justify becoming president and presiding over U.S. policy?
