That robber had to have an IQ of about 75. I'll give him a little credit for appearing to not want to shoot the shirtless guy, although he eventually did shoot him in the leg( another sign of his being retarded, shooting somebody in the leg or foot is still life threatening). The shirtless guy also was looking like he didn't want to shoot. Both had opportunities to blow the other away and didn't.
Honestly, the hoody thug is just not someone who should be walking around. He's violent, sociopathic and stupid, not a good combination He needs to be in prison( preferably) or in the cemetary.
