No doubt he was profiling and police do it all the time. If a blond haired white male approx 30 yrs old robbed you, wouldn't you be looking at every blond white male approx 30 ? It is human nature.

That's so true. If the race baiters here and elsewhere weren't making it about race, it wouldn't get a plethora of mile-long threads. Every defense of George that appears, and they start screaming 'racist'! It's very old and very sickening, and is highly damaging to the cause they defend.
How about this? I don't think this case is about race. No hate crime charges have been filed. Also, I have not seen posters "screaming racist" for every defense that is argued for Zimmerman.
Martin's father said it wasn't his son's voice. His mother claims it is. It is obviously very convenient for the screams to be the voice of Trayvon, so it is not farfetched to believe a grief-stricken mother would claim the voice to be Trayvon's, in hopes that it would help to convict her sons killer, regardless of whether or not it was the truth.

GZ was very familiar with police procedures. He surely knew that his call to the police, plus the others the neighbors were surely making after he shot Trayvon, would be recorded.

You seem to use your legal knowledge selectively. As you know, the state can pick any incriminating, inflammatory words it chooses for an affadavit. The investigator at the bond hearing admitted they could have used words other than 'Zimmerman confronted Martin.' He never admitted the word 'profiled' was used because tm is black, though the affadavit meant to give that impression.

I pointed out that "profile" is the word used in the affidavit. I don't know what the State's "intention" was, however, I do know that's the word they used.

The timeline isn't right. I do believe it has been proven that she didn't hear any part of the altercation.
Additionally,
Dee Dee has been proven to not be his "girlfriend" and alot of the media stuff about her being in "mourning" was false. She was posting to her twitter account all day about happy and mundane girl stuff the day after TM's death when she was supposed to be in the hospital. There are screencaps of her Twitter account out there, do the research yourself.
Dee Dee will not be an integral witness in this case.
What will be integral is corroborating evidence with Zimmerman's story, consistent injuries, TM's autopsy report, ballistics, and eyewitnesses.
There is just too much evidence that points to TM doubling back and confronting Zimmerman in an altercation and beating him up.

What a hysterical LOON. no...it isn't ok to shoot a black kid because he is wearing a hoodie. The POINT here is that the REAL trayvon martin...at the time of the crime....was a far cry from the innocent kid of around 12 years old in the picture that the media adopted to portray him.
I'd say that martin looks FAR more intimidating in the convenience store video than he does as the youngster that obama concluded HIS OWN son would look like. Don't you??

It has been proven she didn't hear any part of the "altercation"??? Really? Who was it "proven" by and when?
Actually, the fact that she was not Trayvon's girlfriend gives her MORE credibility. And clearly the lead assistant state attorney and his legal team will decide whether or not to have the girl testify.

Now, why would the State put on evidence corroborating Zimmerman's story? They wouldn't. You've outlined what would be important for the defense's case. As far as I know, the defense hasn't turned over any discovery to the State at this time. The State will put on evidence that does NOT corroborate Zimmerman's story.
It is your opinion that there is too much evidence that TM circled back, etc., and that could be because your bias will not allow you to see contradictions to that story, like, for example, you disregard the statement of the girl who was talking to TM on the phone at the time Zimmerman and TM first spoke to each other.
