CD supports CISPA? We aren't talking about advertising.

Essentially we are talking about a corporate partnership w/ govt that is lacking in transparency and profiting in questionable ways. NM the lack of constitutional compliance, room for abuse and corruption.

"Fascism should more properly be called corporatism because it is the merger of state and corporate power." -- Benito Mussolini

The lines have blurred. You can no longer see the difference between the interests of the government/people and the interests of the bankers and corporate elite. Because the interest of the banking/corporate elite are now the interests of the government. Thanks to lobbying, bribery, campaign contributions, the repeal of "Glass-Steagle" etc...

The working man can't afford a voice in (his supposedly) own government.

Some people think we have a free market or capitalism...

Look at the laws and red tape for the avg. Joe to start a business, look at the amount of capital needed, the permits etc..

No, there's nothing "free" about it.

The corp govt and private corps are all integrated. Yes it looks very much like corporate fascism to me. If you start adding up all those shares of corporations in govt investment funds. You can see a big part of the integration.

Yes. It also would not surprise me. However, I was wondering about specific information. The whole thing is creepy.
From some corporate perspectives if you will make money and not be held accountable you certainly could support it.

As I always say, it makes no difference if it is the Government run by Heads of Corporations and Financial Institutions, or themselves, they are all in bed together taking our freedoms away, one step at a time.

Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.
Benito Mussolini

Drats, you beat me to it.
I should have read the full thread first.

The heads of large corporations and financial institutions that are in, and outside of our government can use our government to protect themselves from us.

Just like these bloodsuckers did with the housing scam.

I was naive enough to believe I was protecting our "freedoms" when I served in the military, when the real enemies are in our own country taking away our freedoms daily as we speak.
