Sure....people are sooo happy when they are unemployed, their homes are under water with mortgages that they got of 125% of their income...!

What is there to complain?

Raising the VAT from 19% to 21% so all clothes, shoes, etc. will be more expensive and aren't men always saying that women buy so many clothes and shoes....so what is there to complain if you can buy less

I guess the remark came from an Obama lover...

It's the confiscation of weath that is in common. Democrats had a luxury tax that closed a lot of the boat and car businesses down.
They are looking at major confiscation again through the death taxes.

Some words look similar but a Dutch person who hasn't taken German in school won't be able to understand much..and the other way around the same. On top of that you have the different areas where the language is even more different.

The Dutch word for "school" is "school" just a different pronounciation, but in German it is "schule".

So we can say that some Dutch is simlar to English as well..

Give me a break! What has Obama already proposed?

1. increased tax rates for those making over $250K

2. increasing capital gains taxes

3. a "wealth tax"

5. a 5% VAT tax http://www.cbsnews.com/2100-250_162-6420140.html

If you think that Obama is not all about increasing taxes for everything, you have been asleep for the last four years. When you show liberals what Obama says, they deny it and pretend like it never happened. This is what happens when political supporters turn into kool-aid drinkers and the media becomes a left wing propaganda unit. Wake up!

Wasn't it Kerry who tried to hide his yacht to avoid paying taxes in a different State...Democrats are so funny when it comes to spreading the wealth unless it is THEIR money!

I don't mind a national sales tax... teaches people a lesson whenever they want more entitlements, just raise the national sales tax... how you like it now, now that YOU have to pay for it...

The Dutch are some of the happiest people out there and no Dutch in their right mind would trade places with anyone living in the US. They have excellent public transportation and dont need cars.
