Didn't over 3,000 people die because of their "beliefs"?? Now one of the defense attorneys wants the women who are members of the prosecution team and women of families of those who lost loved ones to show respect to these murders. All the while those on trial disrupted the court proceedings.
I didn't realize it was their religious beliefs that were on trial, as opposed to them committing a terrorist attack on America and killing thousands of innocent people.
Oh, yeah, it should be noted that raping women isn't a sin under their "faith".
Why would he care, maybe he should find a way for his "clients" to actually participate in their own trails, which they refuse to do. Personally I would kill two birds with one stone, put them in a seperate room and they will not be able disrupt the proceedings and they do not have to look at those evil women, it is legal and has been done many times in the past, a win-win situation for all
I think from the comments it is clear we all agree that showing respect toward religion is completely stupid and nobody should have to do anything to make somebody's imaginary friend happy.

Coddled them how, by taking the war to them (finally) and killing more of them and their leader? How, by wanting to put them on trial and shutting down the camp? Heck when he wants to put them on trial you righties cried like little girls. Yes, he hates corporations, that is why he saved so many from going under, unlike what many of you righties want to happen to those corporations. obama first wanted to bring those bastards here to america to stand trial in civilian court after closing gitmo, but even the democrats in congress told obama to pi$$ up a rope on that. obama has finally relented and allowed military tribunals, even though he is completely against them.
