You don't think there is a physiological basis behind all that? Those seem like products to me of the same root cause. Perhaps the brains of Europeans are different than the brains of the European decendents who immigrated to the US over the centuries? Whites of German/Scandanavian ancestry who set up in Minnesota/Wisconsin seem much more reasonable and rational than these Scott-Irish who went to the South. Me having plenty of Scots-Irish in the wood pile, btw.
