The "...Obama...administration is the first to openly advertise homosexuality around the globe as an “American ideal.” The Blaze has uncovered documents that show how central gay rights themes have been to the administration and how they are being used by the administration to propagate a rebranding of America and its values."
"Two years ago, the Travel Promotion Act of 2010 established the Corporation for Travel Promotion, or Brand USA. This “public-private entity“ was tasked with ”rekindling the world’s love affair with the USA – the place, the spirit, and the dream,” according to Brand USA’s CEO Jim Evans. Brand USA is... governed by an 11-member board of directors appointed by Obama’s Secretary of Commerce."
"Brand USA has recently come out with a series of ads, playing now in the UK, Japan and Canada...The ads are intended to ”open up some minds as to what America really is,” according to...a Brand USA spokesperson."
"But the new ads, titled “Land of Dreams,” deviate alarmingly from the patriotic baseball, apple pie and picket fence vision of “traditional” America. In fact, the only cowboy featured in the ad is…raking a beach?"
So, what do you think? Does this truly represent America? Should the White House be deciding for us what "America really is?" and spreading that image around the world? In whose image is this "recreation of America?"
I know it's shocking - they actually want the world to see the US as a nation proud of such values as "Equality." Even worse, they are touting the endless diversity and variety of citizens and residents of the US. What were they thinking conveying the message that everybody's dream can come true in the US?

It's simply appalling.
They'll have a rude awakening when they actually get here and see what it's really like!

What part of "fundamentally change this nation" was unclear to the voters? This is what happens when people are not careful that for which they wish.

Despite the MSM a lot of people have caught on and are tired of this administration. IMO the Democrats have lost the presidency for the next generation.

Straight from the presses of right-wing central and their pawn, same old BS folks.
Ummmm what's so wrong with showing people OVERSEAS (learn to spell) that America isn't all heterosexual white people ??? Because, I hate to break it to you...IT'S NOT. America is a melting pot...GET OVER IT or MOVE
Anyway, if you actually watch the ad you'll see that a broad spectrum of people are featured. Thumbs up to the agency who created it
But the new ads, titled “Land of Dreams,” deviate alarmingly from the patriotic baseball, apple pie and picket fence vision of “traditional” America.
Seriously? I'll let you in on a secret: Nobody is going to want to travel to bask in the utterly, utterly boring vision of a suburban picket-fenced paradise that never existed , except on TV. (And absolutely nobody travels to watch baseball. There's a reason that game hasn't been exported.) The writer of that drivel is stuck in the past, and so enamored with his own vision of the US that he fails to see that it's - well, not the visiojn of a country that's very attractive to visit.

Ehm - the cowboy image of the US is not used in a particularly positive frame, overseas.
Be that as it may, that video rocked. Makes me want to swing a leg over the motorcycle and go exploring.
