Why should I answer a question, when the answer is so obvious. Many posters immediately grasped the significance of the event.

You can't verbalize it? If it's so obvious, it must be simple to put in words. I don't see the outrage, either. There's plenty of precedence for US Presidents letting D-Day go by without a mention at all, so why can't you tell why this acknowledgement is so egregious?
