"68 years ago today—D-Day—the brave members of the Allied Forces stormed the beaches of Normandy. We have never forgotten their heroism."
this is the tweet in question.
or this:
"Thank you to those who stormed the beaches, took the cliffs and freed a continent. We should never forget"
that is what romney chose to tweet.
Romney is not the CIC yet. You know the guy in charge of the military like Obama is supposed to be. He's more interested in raising money then honoring the troops. Some leader.
Does anybody take you seriously about anything ever?
As far as anyone on here posting, does anyone here take other posters that seriously. For we each have opinions and our also entitled to them, whether others like them or not.
None of us i believe our experts, but merely stating our opinions.
Now we're going back 40 years....are you kidding me How many of us were even around to care then.
WOW!!!
Nice to see your gratitude for those that died for this country.
As long as our soldiers are able to keep battles off US soil you can forget that there are people dying, right? Out of sight, out of mind.
Guess you take after our great leader.
