They should all go out of business. We'd save money and have more access to health care. That's the way the rest of the world does it. They live longer than we do and have better health. Meanwhile we Americans get taxed to feed parasitic insurance agents.

Disgusting.
The Gov. allows them to be? What an interesting and completely ignorant way of looking at how this country works.

I'm personally not interested in letting the US become a country where the gov. decides who can and who can't start a business.

If you want to start a business in Texas, you may start here.

When did we become like that? But, the point you responded to appears to allude to the fact that corporations and the mega rich tend to invest in public elections for returns, not out of "good will".

That is not true at all. Many companies actually adopted the mandates of coverage by last Ocatober to be grandfathered under provisions of the bill.My company did. Nothig will change oither tha if the chnages i cost will indeed cover the mandated changes. That is why it now has a hiring freeze since that date because it takes a year to actaully know if actuary cost figures are correct and cost are covered.

Nobody I know, regardless of how vehemently they're against Obamacare, would ever say that an insurance company shouldn't be able to provide these options to their customers at their own will. The problem comes in when the government forces them to do so.

See the difference?
Reasonable, intellectual people see the difference. The others.......most of them are entitlement slugs, so it really doesn't matter what they think.

Actually, several states had already passed legislation requiring insurance companies to allow parents to keep their kids on their plans until 26, sometimes 27. I learned that from CD. Wisconsin was one, and I think some New England states did as well. I think that is one of the most popular "Obamacare" mandates, and a lot of parents, and their 20 something kids are going to be very angry at the Repubs if that changes.
