I'm not advocating police abuse or disrespect at all. There's good cops, and there's bad cops. Here's a video of the use of excessive force in Portugal though. Pretty different than what would happen here.

There should be some nationwide or statewide organization who's sole purpose is to investigate citizen's complaints against police departments. I know we're in a budget crunch right now, but I'm tired of the "internal investigations" that go on where the officer's get a slap on the wrist.
We need to start sending cops to jail and sticking them with severe fines when they break the law.
