So why isn't Obama suing Baltimore for welcoming "illegal" immigrants? Baltimore can't attract legal immigrants or citizens to their city? They must be doing something wrong and the fault must lay with the leadership of their city.

Governor Owe'Malley is a hardcore Democrat. A Lexus Liberal. MO'M is probably good friends with Obama and thus gets a blind eye from the leftist DOJ.

I don't think deporting illegals en masse is the right answer at all, but neither is simply letting them stay undocumented.

e: Kings Hockey, the actual article says the mayor has enacted some policies that make it easier for unauthorized immigrants to be in Baltimore.

Learn how to read ARTICLES. Not just the headline:
