And they tested 6% BELOW the national average for drug use amongst welfare recipients....didn't even prove the case for starting it in the first place.

Took the $$$$ to pay off the lawsuits and continue defending this right out of the education fund. NICE!!

Scott spent $73 million of his own money to become governor of Florida, now he's wasting taxpayer dollars.

No one I know will 'fess up to voting for Scott - how the hell did he get elected??

No. HE hasn't cost anything. Whiners who don't want to follow the rules have.They think they are above everything

You can't litigate PROPOSED legislation. It has to pass before it can be legally challenged.

They have been passed. The new laws were PROPOSED and pushed through the Florida legislature by the Scott administration.
