So, Romney didn't do anything illegal with regards to taxes, and there is no evidence to prove it's correct. But libs are convinced he's a criminal.

Actually, no, not paying taxes could have been entirely legal. It's not criminal if you get around paying by legally using the tax code to your advantage, but it would be an interesting thing to know.
Romney's tax rate is below that of most Americans already and the fact is that he may have paid very little in 2009
1) We know from the 2010 tax return, in which he had a net capital loss carryforward from 2009, that he zeroed out his net capital gains - including from carried interest Bain income - in 2009.
2) 2009 was the last year in which he received certain Bain payments as the playout of his "retroactive retirement."

If citizenship for Soetoro/Obama had been applied for in 1971, Soetoro/Obama would have a Certification of Citizenship. If Soetoro/Obama returned in 1971 to Hawaii without going through U.S. Immigration, today he would be an “illegal alien” – and obviously not able to serve as President, but also his term as a United States Senator from Illinois for nearly four (4) years was illegal. His mom didn't lose her US citizenship by marrying an Indonesian and moving there, and neither did Obama. That's not the way the law works. In fact, even if the mom gave up her US citizenship, the child doesn't lose his until he reaches the age of 23 without having resided in the US. Is this what you guys are yammering on about?
I've said this before on this board, but I have close family members living in Europe. My cousin is an American citizen, married to a foreign national. The kids were all born over there, and they all have dual citizenship. My cousin is an American citizen with permanent residency. You can live in a foreign country, married to someone from that country, and never become a citizen--it's NOT automatic. You have to apply, and you usually have to be in a country living there for a number of years before they'll grant you citizenship.

Under Indonesian law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son, in this case Soetoro/Obama, an Indonesian State citizen. When it comes to the citizenship of individuals in other countries, we are prevented from interfering, Hague Convention 1930. Speaking of Indonesia, during the late 60′s all the way up until 2006 Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. In 2006 they changed their laws to permit dual citizenship, however, Indonesia has had its battles with enforcing their new law permitting dual citizenship.
With this said, from the research we have done, it appears that Soetoro became an Indonesian citizen. When Soetoro/Obama was approximately four (4) years old his parents divorced and thereafter, Soetoro/Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. Evidence points to the fact that Lolo Soetoro either signed a government form legally “acknowledging” Soetoro/Obama as his son or “adopted” Soetoro, either of which changed any citizenship status Soetoro/Obama had to a “natural” citizen of Indonesia.
