Why does it seem like liberals are always having to reform their pet programs? I mean we're told they're such a good idea, but then you have medicare reform, welfare reform, housing reform, education reform and on and on and on. Liberals, if your ideas are so good, why the perpetual reformations?

Federal level provision of education derives from the left of this country. Please answer the question.

Why is reform a bad thing?

Why can't things change as society evolves?

Well, it is bound to be "interesting" to conservatives, who are still living in the caves and haven't really "reformed" anything in their lives. It is all about capacity, recognition and the desire to learn and improve. That is "reform".

It's better to stumble than stick in place in quicksand.

Or it's better to take the conservative route and just not impliment programs that aren't well thought out from the beginning.

I find the conservative route to be more foolhardy than the liberal route.
