So why aren't the Unplanned Parenthood escorts doing this instead of frittering away their time with abortion protesters?

I can't speak for anyone else, but if some meddling busybodies asked me about something not at all their business and I had a clear idea that one specific answer would upset them the most, you can bet that I'd yank their chain as hard as I could.

Why don't you tell us what you would do if you were in their position? I will give you 3 scenarios and tell me what you would do.

1) You are a student working your fingers to the bone to get through college. You see getting your degree as the one chance to pull yourself out of the poverty you grew up in. Your social support networks are weak, because the people in them are in your same situation. You are still heartbroken from your recent breakup with the man you thought you might someday marry. You used birth control conscientiously, but you discovered after the breakup that you are pregnant. When you told him about it, he offered you some money to pay for an abortion.

2) You are 14 and were had sex with a much older guy at a party. He had been giving you drinks for a while and you do not remember clearly having sex with him, just waking up feeling horrible and realizing what had happened. You do not know the guy other than meeting him at that party. Your parents tell you that you will have an abortion and they would pay for it. If you continue with the pregnancy, your parents threaten to withdraw all support and kick you out of the house.

3) You are a teacher at a Christian school, which is affiliated with the church you grew up in. Your father has a leadership role at the church. There is a morality clause in your contract and you will be fired if you get pregnant outside of marriage. You are engaged and "slipped up" with your fiance and are now pregnant.

have fun...
I'll do you one better. I'd keep the baby and make that bastard pay child support. Nobody f***s me over! Then I'll screw up my life, and make sure he gets custody, but I still get the child support because some crap judge is biased!!! I WIN.

Wow the legal system needs some fixing.

I love this little ditty about this so-called women's healthare center ......

Do you know why? It's for the same reason that women who start to have a natural abortion (miscarriage), sometimes need a D&C.

So every woman who is pregnant should agree to a D and C if she miscarries?

I wonder if they make you sign a paper?

I don't consider myself extremely liberal but I have a hard time with others telling women what they can and cannot do with their bodies. What if this is all there is. One chance - nothing more - and it's all messed up because you have a child at the wrong time. Or someone abuses you and you can't bear the reminders by carrying the child to term or the misery of giving up a child for adoption and suffering the lose. You talk tolerance. Please be tolerant of the poor woman who has to make such a decision. You live your life. Let her live hers

Is a woman who is experiencing a natural abortion under medication when she is told that she needs a D&C?

For a woman using the abortion pill, she is under medication. She couldn't consent when it is realized that the abortion pill isn't entirely effective. Isn't it better that someone sign the paperwork before being under the influence of medication before needing a procedure?

The escorts are there to support women. Something that would not be necessary if protestors minded their own business, like you should.

D&C is medically indicated for miscarriages that don't complete on their own (this can become septic) or to stop bleeding. (And then some idiot can insist to your face you had an abortion because your medical claim form said "incomplete abortion" (medical term for a miscarriage where tissue is left behind)--it happened to a good friend of mine.)

You haven't the foggiest clue what those women were doing there. You intentionally planted yourselves there to intimidate and manipulate those women to avoid doing something you assumed they were doing. Why on earth do you deserve tolerance for butting into other people's lives with your religious views?

I don't respect people who use religion and prayer to manipulate other people to abide by their belief system.

When my daughter was a young teenager, she developed a medical condition with her spine. It required quarterly trips to the back doctor. His office was in the same building as PP. She had to walk through the protesters to get into the building. It made her very uncomfortable.

About the 4th time she needed to go she had her daddy take her. As she was approached by the protesters, she grabbed her dad and started begging, oh daddy, don't make me do this.

After some time the old timers recognized her and didn't fall for her joke anymore.

My point is, you guys may think you are doing a service, but you have no idea why anybody is going into the building.

And I'll tell you another thing. My niece had to carry her dead baby until nature took it's course or nearly killed her because of people like you guys. That's why she and he mother will forever be pro choice.
