99% of the American population went about their daily routines. Just another day, 11 years later.

What were you doing?

I had the TV on with the ceremony in the background and I watched parts of it. But I don't have time to sit and watch a 4 hour ceremony and I am sure that is the case with most people.

One moment in time equals a hundred years plus?

I've no interest in the Kardashian family, but also have no need to keep the hate alive over 9/11. It is time to put it behind us and move on.

Did you change your routine just to have it on, or would you have had the TV on anyway?

I do feel for those of you who turned in to NBC to see the 9/11 memorial tribute, only to have to watch some interview with a Kardashian.

Pity that one couldn't change the channel to a station that was showing the tribute.

Move on from it already. I only wish they hadn't moved on from it to the Kardashians, but it is better than living in the past and letting those events define you despite there being a new reality unfolding every day.
