Which of the categories you mentioned, do you fall in:
1- Leeches
2- Rich
3- Millions of hard working Americans that can't afford to pay for their health care costs
i am in 3. and I blame demonrats for wrecking the healthcare system that has led to skyrocketing costs.
While we were all debating the cost to our liberty due to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), we were ignoring the cost to our pockets. If there ever was a reason for bipartisan rage about this law, it should be on the twenty - yes, twenty - hidden new taxes of this law. Making matters even more relevant is that seven of these taxes are levied on all citizens regardless of income. Hence, Mr. Obama’s promise not to raise taxes on anyone earning less than $250,000 is just another falsehood associated with this legislation.
Of course, the leeches aren't worried since they don't pay FIT and the rich (Soros, Al Gore, the Hollywood elite, etc) aren't worried because it's just peanuts to them. But millions of hard working Americans will get hit by these tax increases and don't have the extra cash to pay them.
Do not listen to what the Master sayz....Watch what HE doz.
Obamacare is such a sham.
Universal health care (or something like the NHS) is the only viable option.
Sorry, but the liberals only get one bite at the apple. The GOP should never allow any amendments to this law without repealing the entire thing. The Democrats had over 2700 pages to stuff everything they wanted into it.
Actually, the "journalist" who wrote the article you linked to in the OP did say that.
"Making matters even more relevant is that seven of these taxes are levied on all citizens regardless of income."
And yet, after reviewing the seven taxes, none of them will affect me at all.
Ok, but the taxes themselves apply to all and are not income restricted.
That was the point.
It would be pretty uneducated of people if they ASSume all these new taxes are only for the rich.
They should read them over and see if any apply to them and make changes now so they don't get hit with a surprise.
And they should also be doing this with the Obama cuts if they should expire for all.

People should educate themselves about changes in the tax codes.
And journalists shouldn't make sweeping generalizations in order to scare people.
And people who are guided by political partisanship should expect the scare tactics to be rebutted by those people who do educate themselves on the issues.

Everything today is told from a scare tactic perspective.
Objective information takes work to find and read.
Don't blame me for working with categories YOU provided. I take it though that you are...
You misquoted my post, and I didn't say there were no other categories.
I'm in category 4; I've saved enough to pay my tax increases.
