The significance of this shooting on Martin Luther King Day on Martin Luther King Boulevard is not lost on people who live in this Central City neighborhood.
"I just think that's so sad for them to be doing that, shooting and killing on Martin Luther King Day," said Legendre. "It's embarrassing to the community."
Really it seems a little odd that black leaders can only focus on racism by whites that they don't do anything to address the true problems. The black leaders only care if a white is involved, this kind of thing doesn't faze them.
I didn't realize guns weren't supposed to go off on MLK Day. Are they supposed to jam or something?
Criminality doesn't take a day off.
Actually guns aren't supposed to "go off" and the guns didn't "go off". Somebody aimed them at people and pulled the triggers on these otherwise inanimate objects an MLK day.
There was a shooting in New Orleans? This wouldn't be the first time that happened, but I think you made this thread to be spiteful because it went down on MLK day, not to report a shooting in New Orleans . Not racist, just to be spiteful.
