SMH they're living the dream.

Neighbors say quintuple shooting on MLK Blvd. is 'embarrassing' | wwltv.com New Orleans

Quote:
Five teenagers were shot in the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans shortly after Monday's Martin Luther King Day parade moved passed the area.
Police spent the afternoon collecting evidence and shell casings outside a grocery at Martin Luther King and LaSalle

The significance of this shooting on Martin Luther King Day on Martin Luther King Boulevard is not lost on people who live in this Central City neighborhood.
"I just think that's so sad for them to be doing that, shooting and killing on Martin Luther King Day," said Legendre. "It's embarrassing to the community."
You don't say. It's like a Chris Rock joke.

Really it seems a little odd that black leaders can only focus on racism by whites that they don't do anything to address the true problems. The black leaders only care if a white is involved, this kind of thing doesn't faze them.

"Anywhere there is a Martin Luther King Drive, Boulevard or Street, there's gonna be violence."

Perhaps naming streets after him in less violence prone neighborhoods would be a better tribute to Dr. King.

The current MLK streets can revert to their original monikers.

Martin Luther King Blvd in Los Angeles for instance, was once named Santa Barbara Blvd.

I didn't realize guns weren't supposed to go off on MLK Day. Are they supposed to jam or something?

Criminality doesn't take a day off.

I'm waiting for Jaime Foxx to say, "Now how black is that?"

Yea, call me a racist if you want, but after the anti-white hate and violence pouring out that racist SOB's mouth, I think it's called for.

Actually guns aren't supposed to "go off" and the guns didn't "go off". Somebody aimed them at people and pulled the triggers on these otherwise inanimate objects an MLK day.

There was a shooting in New Orleans? This wouldn't be the first time that happened, but I think you made this thread to be spiteful because it went down on MLK day, not to report a shooting in New Orleans . Not racist, just to be spiteful.
