Yes, surely allowing the ambassador to be kidnapped and then negotiating with terrorists for the release of another terrorist would be a boon to the Obama campaign.

It sure would. Jimmy Carter would have won reelection against Reagan if 'Operation Eagle Claw' would have been a success in attempting to rescue the hostages.

Uh- yes he would look heroic.

You have to remmeber Obama is the classic Narcissist- he believes he is the savior and will do anything to show the minions.
