They can vote present and still not vote for it

Nope, you folks are just buying into the GOP and tea party BS that nearly crippled a nation, ron and rand are extremists, which you folks just eat up. You thrive on it, if you didn't, you'd offer up meaningful discussions of how to fix rather than how to tear down. The GOP will own the "cliff", lock, stock and barrel.

Extremists because they believe in sound money and following the constitution?
Extremists because, unlike you, they understand economics?
Extremists because they told us the bailouts wouldn't work and they were right?
Extremists because Ron Paul told us when Housing was being regulated it would led to a boom and a bust and he was right?
Here's the meaningful facts, your big government intervention in the free market led to the worst collapse since the Great Depression. YOU own that garbage and the sad thing is your policies are too horrible to clean up your own mess. But why would anyone with a lick of common sense want the same people who ruined the economy to keep running it?

The meaningful discussion is NOT to follow the same snake oil salesmen who put us into this. The answer is to follow policy that has worked in the past. Ron Paul follows proven successful policies. Your policies are failures.

Wake up we were already crippled when your big government policy of interfering in the free market destroyed our economy. Nothing to do with the Tea party or the Pauls. That's another thing you don't know.

I would not bet a dime on anything Rand Paul said. Hes not even smart enough to shut his mouth about not liking the 64 civil rights act and says a man should be able to not serve someone based on skin color if they don't want to in their restaurant. He is not all that bright.

Concede to some of obamas plan and **** off your base. Go off the cliff and be blamed by the nation for it. The only play is to let obama and the dems get everything they want and let it lay out whos bluffing! The dems dont want all of obamas plan themselves. They want the tax increases without the cuts. Mcconnell offered to go to vote on obamas plan in the senate and harry reid said no.

For the dems this is all a political game so why should the republicans play along? Call their bluff right now! Bring it to a vote in the house! Watch how many dems vote against the presidents plan! All republicans vote present! This will put the dems on record for how they feel about this plan! The dems can stop this in the senate but they dont think the reps in the house have the .... To call them out.

If all dems in the house then vote for the presidents plan then call for a 2nd vote and have any republican whos term limited vote yes and get it to pass! Send it to the senate and watch what happens there! It will not make it past the senate as it is!
The Democrats have already agreed to major spending cuts; it's the republicans who aren't agreeing to raise revenue.

As I said, wars and recessions are expensive things. Republicans have advocated policies that caused both war and recession, but they don't want to be the ones to pay for them.

Most Americans are seeing through this. While Obama may end up looking bad, republicans will look much, much worse, and Obama's done running for office.

What do you mean? Every thing was going fine until THAT ONE got in office. Seriously, they will never see that it was Bush.
