The whole nation needs to be re-trained in the old concept of "Thou shall not kill"----------no degree of murder is acceptable- You are either a nation of death worshipers or a nation where ALL life is sacred. You are at a cross roads- choose life or choose death. Life is sacred. All killing is illegal under divine law. This report we are listening too on the shootings can only be described as a nightmare. It is unreal- but it is real.

Yeah, its really crazy how non-thinking people are. You act as if a few dead students in conneticut can reverse multiple years of declining homicides

maybe study Vividness bias, and taking a critical thinking class people. The world isn't ending.

27 dead so far, mostly small children.

I wonder when we're going to figure out at as nation that making guns as easy to acquire as a pair of socks yields to bad results. Switzerland allows gun ownership, yet they have some very rigorous safeguards that apply to all of their provinces - much more rigorous than we do.

We'll probably never collectively figure it out... and so in a few days, we'll likely have another thread about another few dozen people murdered.

It's horrible. But it's no worse now than it was last year, or decades ago.
Liberal ignorance causes the falsified sense of security.

Disgusting when media comes in to feed on the blood of dead children or attempt to get a story out of a child...any parent that allows their kid to be used by media is not fit to be a parent and is an idiot.

A nurse interviewed on CBS News said that there are 20 children dead.

Also the dead shooter is a 20 year old man that seems to come from NJ and had a confrontation with the school principal and then shot and killed the principal. Possibly a second shooter is in custody.

As was said on the Oregon shooting thread: Possibly a lack of access to mental health services.

I believe you`re on to something here. We have a govt. that will go to war at the drop of a hat..even if we have to drop it ourselves.
