So 9-11 didn't save the day? What is your solution? When all the guns are banned and somebody is shoving a knife at your face?

What does it matter? You can also make crack in your house so should we make that legal also?

The fact is guns kill more people much faster than the average weapon. One bullet to head and you're out.

How about this: the 2nd Amendment doesn't specify how many guns one can own.

Guy decked out in military gear, walks in and opens fire. Sounds like the theatre thing. I guess killing folks wasn't enough to get their gun control pushed through so they had to go after kids.

Your chance of dying in a spree killing is a lot less than being hit by lighting.

and you can also note that Gun violence has decline since the high of 1990's, the same for all homicide rates in the united states. Quit cherry picking.
I'm not cherry picking. Why don't you google the number of mass shootings in general that have happened in the past twenty-thirty years? It's a fact that the number has climbed.

As sad as this situation is, it can't be used to change our 2nd amendment constitutional rights to protect ourselves from the government, nor anyone else.

This is what we always say: It's too fresh let's talk about this another day and the day never comes!

This is primarily directed towards the liberals who jump with joy whenever something like this happens. Calm the f--k down, at least wait until the blood is dry before you set about repealing the 2nd Amendment!

The gungrabbers need to show some sympathy for the victims. Politics is for tomorrow.

My ex husband had a rap sheet and was not legally allowed to own a firearm...

I can tell you that did NOT stop him from having a handful.

That's right ... the radical liberals want to take away our gun's and they will stop at nothing to accomplish it.

You would rather try to capitalize on tragedy and belittle people that have different views than you instead of focusing on the actual criminal in this case and what caused them to snap and do this. The root cause of the problem is not the gun or people that promote the safe ownership of them, its the criminal. As soon as people get that through their heads and stop trying to blame people that had no involvement, maybe we can figure out how to help prevent these kinds of attacks.
Well, until you folks agree to institute some stringent methods of weeding out the nuts with guns what else are folks going to obsess over but the weapon itself?

You've got your priorities all fudged up when you institute the kinds of civil liberty intrusions your Homeland Security is implementing on a daily basis but ignore all the freak'n nutbars in your country allowed/encouraged to have a firearm to express their inalienable rights.
