More sick than those who would twist the death of these little children to further their political anti second amendment agenda?
If the parents of some of those murdered children were to come out in favor of more gun restrictions, would you call them "sick" too? (Shades of Ann Coulter and the 9/11 widows...)
I'm having trouble finding the words to address some of the comments in this thread. You are welcome to hate the president all you want, but can we just leave it alone for ONE GODDAMN DAY?!
Sometimes I think that some of the these accounts on P&OC are bored teenagers that find entertainment in posting the most vile things imaginable and getting a rise out of people. What person in their right mind would think that a man with two children would be happy that twenty little kids just died?
This is what's wrong with our country. We don't even look at each other as human beings anymore. People have so much hate in their hearts.
Teachers would have to carry their weapons at all times... if someone bursts through the door and starts shooting, there would be no time to run to the desk or bag or wherever the gun is.

Are you willing to take that chance? What if the assailants gun would have jammed? Show me one instance where having unarmed people helped the situation when a shooting took place.
I won't speak to his true feelings. However,their is no doubt that the gun control zealots seem to live for these moments. Never mind that all schools are "gun free zones" anyway. You could just as easily point out that popular media and culture(controlled by liberals)are responsible. I wouldn't do that but you could.
Well with the rules, regs and gun control laws broken this time it looks really bad that these zealots got it ALL WRONG, and have simply created a gun Free Zones for target practice for the insane.
This is a straw dog buy since the kids mother owns all these guns... These are not the types of guns most female would buy. These are the very thing a punk Elite kids wants.
You don't need to worry about meaningful action, that never happens, even the most insignificant legislation or discussion never comes to pass. Meaniingful action means this will all be forgotten in a few weeks, nothing changes, politicians will forget in a few weeks as they have in the past.

They should be trained and forced to train and qualify 4 times a year, and be subject to random checks to make sure they are in fact armed all the time they are working, in order to keep our children safe if that is what it takes and to be fired instantly if found unarmed for any reason period.
This politically correct failed social experiment needs to end and the sooner the better.
We need religion, ethics, morality and honor back and the sooner the better there too.
This is the fault of the anti gun zealots.

I am sure this kid was told all sorts of lies about how good looking he was and how smart he was and yet somehow he knew that wasn't the truth..
And when the truth caught him, he couldn't deal with it...... Most far lefties can't. And with no social 12 step program to catch him this kid literally went ballistic.

I don't pretend to have all the answers, but here are some questions I do have.
What do high school teachers do when many of the students are larger and stronger than the teachers? What if someone attacked from the back and forced the gun from the teacher? Are we going to start requiring physical tests and something akin to military training for teachers?
What about liability issues in cases of accidents or innocent people being shot in pursuit of deranged maniac?
Obama shed 'Tears Of Joy' at his speech to the nation today. This is the crisis he has been waiting for. He talked about taking 'Meaningful Action' also. 'Meaningful Action' is code words that indicates subverting the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It's coming. You know it....... I know it. What happened today is a strong indication that the 'right to bear arms' should have been allowed for the teachers at the Connecticut school where the massacre took place. If they were armed, they could possible taken the shooter out in a combined effort. For the longest, the left has tried to ban guns in this country and disarm civilians. To disarm citizens of this country would be the largest breach in national security this nation has ever seen since its inception. This massacre gives President Obama to enact a liberal agenda to enact regulations so strict that it will be almost impossible to become a gun owner. That is unacceptable. The presidents speech today in my book was all an act, including the weeping part because right now is a time to not let a good crisis go to waste. On the other hand, now is the time for advocates of the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms to get ready to stand stronger than ever before for a battle is about to be waged with our government over gun control. Stand strong patriots
