Exactly!!

They are hypocritical dirt bags slinging mud at republicans for every little thing while they never practice what they preach.

It is beyond disgusting and pathetic the ends lefties will go to to attempt to vilify republicans.

It is hard for some libs on here, not all, to accept the fact the Republicans are not all racists: in fact we are more tolerant than the other side to be honest...

That is your opinion. Everyone has them. Tim Scott was elected to the US Congress twice. Stop with the ignorance. Tim Scott is very well liked in SC , and he will be reelected in 2014.

The right wing always accuses the Dems of picking or electing thin-resume candidates who happen to belong to a minority group. So what is this? This black man was only elected in 2010 and the Repub party is in very serious need of expanding their chromatic range beyond various shades of white. Jindal recently proclaimed that contraceptives should be purchased over-the-counter without prescription. Are Repubs going to next approve of legal marijuana, gay rights, on-demand abortion?

She herself proclaimed that she "wanted to make history"- the same accusation that the right wingers say when they accuse ppl of voting for Obama as the first African-american POTUS (to make history).

Strom thurmond must be rolling in his grave, on a funnier note.
Is there something about Tim Scott's record that indicates he unqualified to be a United States Senator?

It should be noted that in most cases White Americans and in particular Southern White Americans don't vote for Black people in the Senate.

Ed Brooke was a Republican.
