They always get nasty when faced with facts....By the way...do you have the time?

For that $5,000,000 settlement. I'll need it in certified funds sent to my declaired Police Dapartment. I'd suggest not letting it bounce.

I would support licensing of Assault Rifles with a $1,000.00 annual license fee. With 3-5 million of them out there it could help toward the deficit. Nothing Unconstitutionaal about Licensing

Not extort...just a lot of Police Officers will be upset when their firearm expert doesn't show up.

That's just as legal as a poll tax... nothing illegal about that

Uh. The poll tax specifically has to do with voting in elections. I can see what your saying, but I don't think the poll tax is a good analogy.

However the idea is a total pipe dream.... Further more guns are not the real issue....

Abortion kills far more than 26 each year just for starters so the gun ban BS is moot.

The real issue for you brains is mental illness.
Mental illness has very little to do with gun crimes in this country. The only folks who claim it does are the ignorant and the shills for the gun industry who are trying, in vain, to deflect attention away from the connection between their gun fetishes and these crimes.

Interesting that you bring up abortions. Can you tell me why you think outlawing abortions will stop abortions? I thought laws could not stop people from doing "evil" things if they are intent on doing "evil" things?

What about the 120,000 M1 Garand service rifles aged WWII - Korea and approx five million rounds of .30-06 ball sitting in Korea that they won't let come back in? Those rifles are worth anywhere from $800 to $1,500 each depending on brand and condition.

Then you might have a leg to stand on. If they can throw away money like that, they were born with **** for brains.
