The WH already came out and said they are picking these people based on SKILL and not their gender/skin color.
They don't practice what they preach and now people are getting upset.
I think he should have asked Condi Rice if she wanted her old position back.
Right/Left shouldn't be a factor. She's qualified and would meet America's "diversity quota" to boot.

Those who criticize the President for hiring/appointing a rather large staff who also supervise/hire hundreds of thousands of people across the broad landscape of the federal government who as a group aren't "diverse" ... are idiots. Trolls. And blind ones, at that.
