Is this not being hypocritical? If it was Bush going beyond his powers, then why do you support Obama going over the Legislature and using EOs to ban guns? I think you will have to shut up when another Republican president comes in and uses that as a way to by pass a liberal congress.

Who said he's using EO's to ban guns? There has been no specifics on what he plans to use EO's for, and what he will push for congressional legislation. My guess is he won't use an EO for an AWB, but rather for things like improving the background check system and requiring background checks on all transactions.

Guess it depends on the executive order, and the President demanding that order!

What one President does is taboo, is perfectly acceptable by another, hypocrite come to mind.

Seriously...getting the country involved in financially ruinous wars is on a whole different plane from banning assault rifles in an increasingly violent society.
It's time that we as a society learned to eat our vegetables which are good for us, but we totally don't like. It's called growing up.

Which (what?) Bush executive order do you have in mind, OP?

I found Clinton's far more dangereous and damaging. His "roadless rule" is a mess and twisted the law badly.

It's ok because he's a liberal racist and wants to control your life and the way you live it. Do what he tells you to do and don't ask questions. He won't answer them anyways.
