64% to 35% in favor of the NRA idea to puts guards in schools, rather than the NY/Barry/Demo approach of trashing the 2A.

Imagine that. Only the "leaders" want more power for themselves.

Who would of thought ?

The one open issue is this... why do citizens in this country keep electing leftwing morons?

How about throwing out a few of the other stats... 85-12 support closing the private sales loophole... 67-30 want a federal gun tracking database... a majority favor banning Assualt Weapons and High Cap Magazines... and a majority do not want teachers and school officials armed.

And in another poll conducted by UnicornsAreReal Inc, they found 64% Americans believe that Bigfoot is a hoax created by government to keep people occupied in their free time!!!

They polled 100 people across all 54 states, aged between -30 and +230. All the people polled were FE-MA-LE-NUCHS!

26% of country thinks World ended in 2012!!!

Abraham Lincoln once said... "Any web based poll taken on a sample less than 10% of the total population is a sheer nonsense. They should use Google instead of Facebook!"

Oh and by the way, let me pick one of my favorites:

However, two proposals draw overwhelming support from Republicans, Democrats and independents — making private gun sales and sales at gun shows subject to background checks, and laws to prevent people with mental illness from purchasing guns.

^^ except gun show sales from an FFL dealer already require a background check. It's only private sales (anywhere) that don't require one, it doesn't matter whether it's a gun show or someones house.

Everyone at a gun show is a licensed dealer ?, and gun show dealers always do background checks, never report guns as "unable to locate"?

What happened to the unalienable rights... those that are granted by nature and not subject to any legal system? Rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness... e.g. not getting mowed down as a first grader with 20 of your schoolmates?
