You should ask NY.
So I hear they will have a seven round limit now.
It won't stop anything.
You could do the same thing with a single shot .22 if you practiced enough.

Why would magazine capacity have made any difference? The cops took 20 minutes to respond. In 20 minutes someone with a single shot 12 gauge shotgun could do far more damage.

Magazine restrictions appeal only to those that are very bad at math.
