So which country did your parents escape from? Because you seem to have very limited knowledge of your parents' country, or you're lying. Half of my family were born in East Germany and I can tell you right now, based on what they lived through and what they had to put up with, Obama is more like Mussolini, not Stalin
Italy...and yes they did live under Mussolini rule...

Well there goes all of your credibility right out the window! Not that you had any anyways.

Italy under Mussolini was a Fascist regime. A FAR RIGHT regime. I thought you said they came from a "a liberal utopia socialist state".

You know it would be funny if it wern't so sad. Italy was not in any consievable way liberal, it was not socialist in any definition of the word. Mussolini started out as a socialist in order to gain popularity with the people but when he came into power he sold them down the river and became the very best friend big business had ever known.

His good friend over the Alps, Adolph Hitler copied Musso's whole programme. The shirts, symbolism, the phony socialism, the sell out to the big business interests, the squashing of unions and workers rights, the empire building, the militarism, the whole shebang, only the Germans were much better at it.

These regimes are at the outer edge of the EXTREME right.
I strongly suggest that you read some history books. You will find that everything you believe in is based on ignorance and you are 100% in error about all things political.

Nothing surprises me anymore, and after seeing a brief video of Obama's taking the oath of office, I got disgusted because I know he was lying about the part with "Protecting The Constitution Of The United States", when in fact we know that he hasn't done so in the last 4 years, and he's about to start the next term by tearing the good principles our nation was founded on.

I only wish we could impeach the guy for lying when taking the Oath Of Office, when in fact we know that he told a bold-faced lie.

Makes perfect sense to me. The polls back in November showed the votes trusted Romney more on the economy but felt Obama empathized with them more. So the voters see the country is tanking and want somebody in charge who will take of them when things start to come apart. It's just voting based on self interest. If the ship is going down, make friends with the guy who is more likely to throw the limited life preservers to you instead of the other guy.

Obviously you have a problem with reading comprehension...I stated after the war...

Mussolini was very active in the socialist movement before resigning...And implemented many socialist economic polices when he came into power....

BTW...You should heed your own advice...read a book...
