Default Hillary smacks down Tea party senator over Benghazi

While teabaggers go nuts over the use of the phrase "act of terror" instead of "terrorist attack", Clinton makes a valid point.

Quote:
"We had four dead Americans!" she said. "Whether it was attack preplanned by terrorists or it because of a guy out for a walk one night who decided they'd go kill Americans ... What difference does it make?!"

There is another thread on the same topic: Hillary will testify....

BTW, I found it to be a Lovefest with intermittent exchanges of
"real" questions.

My biggest concern was Hillary's constant ignorance.

I got the impression she clearly thinks our foreign policy
shouldn't be of a citizen's concern, just a Congress' that
"gets it", when in reality we are the ones paying for it and
sending our children to fight and die for a foreign policy
because of decisions she and others at the top
make.

Plus, never got a question or answer about who gave
the okay to say initially it was because of a video instead of
terrorists, or did I miss that???

Hillary Clinton has lots of experience dealing with Republicans and their show trials. This stuff might play well to the Tea Party/Fox News crowd, but the rest of America understands that it is just GOP sour grapes.

What did Rubio ask her, to me whatever he says is so eminently forgettable, I either didn't hear or pay any attention?

He was referring to a tragedy directly resulting from our foreign policy decision making.
You know that.

Hillary is a much sharper and capable politician than any Republican currently in the senate.

She'll come out on top.

He was talking about tragedies that could have been prevented by our government concerning foreign relations.

pollyrobin beat me to it. Sen Paul really hit the nail on the head as he described her failings on other areas of her job. Score one for the repubs. Way to go Rand.
