How stupid is that question? Well a Sacramento, Ca council woman says you can be shot by an unloaded gun and that makes them dangerous to be carried around. Here is a scientific study to see if the gun would injure anyone by shooting them. Yep, stupid but that woman may be at least as stupid as this attempt to prove her wrong.

If you don't accept the fact that this woman had this on her Facebook site I can provide a short video of her talking.

yes it happens constantly. even after checking the chamber by the most experienced people police & military too. for this reason u always treat them like they are loaded.

Which has absolutely nothing to do, even remotely, about being shot with an unloaded gun.
