Montana state committee clears bill that would let sheriffs arrest federal agents | The Daily Caller

Good! Sheriff is the highest authority in his/her county not some federal thug.

Yah, good luck with that.

You enjoy that rebel part, don't ya. Try working on the pragmatic part a bit more.

Obama has gotten a lot his way, but even the allies went a bridge too far in OMG. The dems may have picked the wrong hill to die on. Metaphorically speaking.

We'll see won't we. federal thugs best learn their place. Bet you didn't know if the FBI or ATF had gone to the local sheriff in Waco,Tx the whole Waco Fiasco would have never happened. The sheriff had gone out to the compound numerous times and had no problems with the people there.

Montana is the first one who approved the legislation? Doesn't surprise me. People of the mountains, no matter where they are, fight hardest for their liberty.

Sheriffs may want to consider Waco before they try to arrest a federal agent. No fan of fan of what happened at waco, but the law is obviously unconstitutional and pi@@@ng in the wind.

That's defeatist talk. What should have happened was surrounding Texans come to arms to defend their countrymen.
