Texas and West Virginia lawmakers are introducing similar legislation to neuter the Fed.

His highness, Obama, is going to invoke civil war if he tries to dictatorially force unconstitutional and far left, radical whacko, directives and mandates. His federal enforcement is weak outside of certain agencies in certain areas. I hope the states do put these nazi-style bastards in their place.

Let 'Bama try to mandate his BS in places like Montana, Texas and West Virginia... What's funny is that WV, traditionally, is a union "blue" state. Obama has put an end to that.
