The seeds of sedition are sown very deep on this forum from our right-wingers. It's sometimes difficult for me to choose the handful for President Obama's list in the reports that I file each Monday morning. I would be willing to leave this Monday's choices up to a vote, the committed democrat that I am.
well it is so easy to make a list on the people when so many blindly publish their life history on sites like Facebook and twitter. Photos, names, where you are, what you are doing or did in the past few hours, fav. foods, drinks, bars and clubs you hang out at, stores you frequent, what you drive, etc etc. How many of you have buyers club cards for stores you shop at the most? That's another way to track your life and every purchase you make. So it will be easy to build a profile on everyone when the need arises.
I'm not sure, but she first became suspicious when she perceived you to be mouthing the words without saying them with the type of feeling she would prefer in a church of God. She was more than willing to supply information after that.

It's hilarious. The sad part is these boozos actually believe their own stupid conspiracy theories without even looking at the logical contradictions; she can't do anything right but she's so competent she can pull this off. Doesn't that sound exactly like their mad ravings about Obama?

Hey, I don't know what he can or can't do but Maxine is a member of his machine and she says those words. You did watch the video, I am sure. I don't think Think4Yoursel did but the words flow nearly as freely as they do from Mad Maxine.
Oh good grief--they're doing micro targeting. Marketers do it all the time, and the Obama campaign was simply smart enough to incorporate it into their fundraising and campaign work. The Romney camp did it too, but in a much less sophisticated way. They aren't gathering "secret" information on you, or at least not any more than most major retailers do.
They combine the information gleaned from repeated contact from local volunteers, past voting history and party registration (public record) and email contact, including contests to do things like win a dinner with Beyonce or the President that requires a long questionnaire to enter--lots of different sources. It all goes into a data base where they can contact voters based on their specific interests and demographic information. In the past it all used to be fragmented--what the Obama campaign did well was to incorporate all the information that a campaign usually gathers into one place so they can use to more effectively get out the vote and raise money. If you're not a democrat and there's no chance that you'll ever vote for one, I promise you--they're not collecting data on you. It would be a waste of time. The purpose is to raise money--lots of money--by appealing to each voters specific interests in fundraising efforts, and to get Obama voters to the polls.
That's what Maxine Waters was talking about--that he's has the volunteer base and marketing info to very tightly target voters and get out the vote. He's done something no candidate has done before. I've read a bit about it, and as a professional marketer, I can tell you--it's pretty slick.
I see that you failed to hear Matin ask her if this was why they got his new organization rated as a 501(c)3 and her reply. Whoops, you would have to hear the video on that link to have heard that.
I wonder what a movie with starring Maxine Waters and Mel Gibson would be like?
I wonder what would happen if some of these left leaning deflectors had to listen to or watch the videos they seem to know nothing about but try to deflect us from discussing. You allowed comet clear to do one hell of a job of deflecting and even helped her. No matter, I do that with them all the time.
