All these states keep making new laws, I have been on a waiting list for a AR-15 Lower. I was in a gunshop just looking into FFL transfers and saw they had a PSA-15, I wanted to research it, went back a day later, bam... already sold, and they recieved another AR-15, and it was sold within hours.

I'd like for it to just finally all deem all these laws unconstitutional and we can go about our daily lives again.

It has already been to the Supreme Court.
The Court said the right to keep and bear arms is an INDIVIDUAL right!
The problem is the damfools in Congress that don't know the Constitution, and forgot their oath to uphold it!
It is well past time to kick them ALL out, and start over!
If you don't have anybody to vote FOR, vote AGAINST the incumbent!
Forget party affiliation, vote AGAINST the incumbent!
There is bound to be an Independent or Libertarian or Strict Constitutionalist on your ballot.
Vote AGAINST the incumbent!
NO MORE career politicians!
No more than two terms, then make them go home and get a real job!

"shall not be infringed", right?

By that strict interpretation felons' right to posses arms should also not be infringed correct? Nor minors?

Anthony Scallia, conservative judge, has already said background checks are constitutional. Local bans on semi automatic weapons, is constitutional. Restricting magazine size, is constitutional. Telling you that you can't own a shotgun or handgun in your home, unconstitutional.

You don't have to wait.

Felons do not have rights, children do not receive full rights either.

"Shall not be infringed"

Where does the constitution give the government the right to deny 2nd amendment rights to felons or minors?

5th amendment of these United States

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Notice the "without due process of law", being a felon is getting your due process, and then those rights removed.
