no, im condoning your argument because you are pretending that a police officer can not kill you if he deems you a present threat.
If you are saying you are against that, then your speaking out against it should have started the first time you ever heard of an officer killing someone and not just when you heard that Obama had a kill list.
Does a police officer get a tip that a wanted person is at X address and go with the intent to kill that person? NO They go to arrest that person. What you are condoning is the police to just go out and shoot people with no due process which is what this president is declaring he can do. He is not above the law he is supposed to enforce the law of the land. He is trampling on it and you are cheering it on.
That day is here already in a sense. Not in that our freedoms are all gone, but in that we have no protections of them anymore.

Big difference there. I see liberals arguing for what is smart, what is right, what is good. What I don't see liberals arguing for is what is constitutional. They will way what the government shouldn't do, but not what the government can't do. And that means that while our freedoms might not be gone, our basis for being secure in that they won't ever be gone isn't there anymore.
The government has become the enemy of freedom. Just like every other government. We have in place something that can prevent that from happening but too many useful idiots who trust these people in power. Power corrupts. It's not a slippery slope anymore it's an ice sheet.
We are in deep trouble as a nation when the President decides it is okay to kill American citizens, even if he decides they are the bad ones, with drones without due process. I am grateful we have Senators like this.
What's funny is that Conservatives have no problem with 4000+ American deaths in 2 wars but whine and complain when 1 American citizen who is hanging out with terrorists gets killed by a drone.
I am aware of PC. Does that mean those Air Force fighters on 9/11 shouldn't have been given orders to shoot down those airliners about to crash into the WTC if the fighters were able?
There was an iminent threat to people. Not just a suspected terrorist.

If that wanted person is deemed a threat , that officer is given the authority to shoot and kill that person, so when your thought is explained out, then YES they are there to kill them.
so again, were you against that before you heard obama had a kill list, how about the fact that the provision saying Obama could kill citizens was written by republicans ?
Why are you not attacking the republicans who wrote it ???? why the administration ?
legislation can not exist without someone writing it for Obama to sign yet you choose to attack him(even thought there is a signing statement on it) rather than the Republicans.

What is sad is you think it's funny to kill fellow citizens without due process. Those 911 hijackers were "hanging out" in the US for a while before they did what they did. I guess if you happened to be in a bar "hanging out" at the same time you would have no problem if Bush ordered your killing and everyone in that bar correct? I mean after all who the hell would be "hanging out" with terrorist "suspects" to begin with right.
