This is not about a defense of Obama seeing as his administration added a signing statement saying they would never follow that REPUBLICAN legislation.

It is a rebuttal to your hypocrisy . it has to do with police officers being able to deem someone a threat and shoot them and you having no problem with it, but you having a problem with something a democratic president said he isnt even going to do.

While it does not mean he would have done the same, his dad condemned Bush's similiar actions.

Because you say so? I think not.

We are Americans. We are Free Men. We are citizens. We are not subjects. We will not be killed by our government without Due Process!

Well if police officers shoot everyone who they deem a threat they would need a lot more ammo. YOUR problem is your entire argument that police shoot everyone the deem a threat is beyond ridiculous to begin with. Just like your defense of your hero Obama.

I remember when you fools wanted to fight terrorism like a police action. Investigate, find the bad guys and arrest em. Those were the terrorists. Now you want to kill citizens. So you want the terrorists to be granted their rights but US citizens get none. That is how completely twisted and irrational you folks have become. Of course most of it is because you have been brainwashed by the constant propoganda to despise and hate "right wing extremists" and you think dear leader will be killing them off one by one for you. You folks are a sad lot. Years ago traitors were dealt with by the government. Now the government are traitors. How times have changed.

They are granted that right. The president is explicity prohibited from using the military to kill citizens.

so again, were you against that before you heard obama had a kill list, how about the fact that the provision saying Obama could kill citizens was written by republicans ?

Why are you not attacking the republicans who wrote it ???? why the administration ?
Every one that defends such actions should be voted out.

legislation can not exist without someone writing it for Obama to sign yet you choose to attack him(even thought there is a signing statement on it) rather than the Republicans.

proof this has nothing to do with your disagreeing with it, but rather that it is a democrat.
We will go with what I said above despite the fact that there is no law that allows this.

Great comments by Sen Ted Cruz. "Stand with Rand" is going to be the new rallying cry.

Rand Paul should be checking his own party for voting for it.

You would think the Democrats would join just so their filibuster against Civil Rights would no longer be the longest ever.
