Well, I don't know about all the other names Kelly has been called on this thread, but he most certainly IS a criminal!
If he signed that background check form certifying that he bought the AR-15 for his own use, and never intended to keep it or use it himself, he has LIED on a Federal form!
If he said the same thing about the .45, he just doubled the lie!
THAT, friends and neighbors, is against the law!
However, we all know he will NEVER, no way in hell, be prosecuted for it!
That just doesn't happen to people with HIS stature!

Yes for some reason facts are true or false depending on where they are posted. It lets them dismiss something based on the URL rather than the content.

I will dismiss the conclusions from Think Progress or a similar source out of hand and fully admit I do, but I will still read the link for the actual facts being reported. I won't say a statistic or quote is false simply because of the site it is posted on.

Not a usual action by anyone who beleives they are the ewlite and law doens't apply to them. Remmeber Teddy Keeny and his body guard caught o capital grounds with a fully automatic mchne pitol which he not only did have a permit to carry but even a class III license to own such weapon.Just a misunderstanding was what it was called.
