Dedicated taxes go into the general fund.

A 'designated tax' label provides another portal to collect tax money in an attempt to justify the need for more tax money. Most of it wated and yet the clamor for more taxes.

Oliver K. Keller also invented, or thought up the idea of pavement markings {highway center lines} but that idea was another which was stolen from him.

The problems of people stealing ideas isn't new. Oliver went to people who were supposedly trusting individuals, except, they were not.

Even to this day, corporate or invention trade secrets can be stolen, which is why many now employ security firms to watch over them.

Nr does 100% of auto taxes and fees go to maintaining the roads by far. Its kif of like where the money total from huntig and fish fees and taxes go they alos support parks for one thig not necessarily hunting and fishing sports only.Few people know that hunting and fishing items are taxes at manufacture level long befor eit reach the public and it is a huge per cenatge of support for mnay aprks and recreation altho it not all go to just those areas.
