Why the need to fabricate positions? Please show me one liberal that agrees with welfare fraud... or a liberal that doesn't believe welfare fraud exists.

I've now come to the conclusion that republicans have nobody but themselves to blame for the current state of welfare. You want to be the party of the rich and instead of for the middle class and poor, this is what you get. How's that starve the beast the working out for you?

I don't blame anyone. I get paid by the hour as a consultant. I CHOOSE not to take vacation since the time/money comes out of my pocket.

I tend to agree. They were the first parasites which then created a class of poor and ignorance. So what they are getting is a chattel slave revolt but by using democratic institutions. Emancipated slaves are indeed a menace which is why we should never have allowed the original parasites to create them. So what I essentially see is a slave owner who has lost control of his slaves who now roam the country side. The wealthy rentier republicans, being just as useless, do nothing but try to search for more slaves while the emancipated slaves being ignorant and useless become infestations as well. rentier = welfare.

I am quite furious with conservatives who were my once upon a time political allies, or so I had ignorantly thought.

Yea, I guess this is true, we might have paid for the Barry White CD and the whisky, drugs whatever but doing the nasty is free. The problem is the tax payer gets to pay for the results.

He can't, after paying for their vacation he couldn't afford taking his own family on vacation.

Then again, you are right, change the circumstances. Get these money grubbing, tax every working American, spendaholics out of office. He also has a choice in 2014, don't give Obama more power to tax him to death. Don't vote Democrat!

This was first reported in 10/2010 and has been reposted many times.

There does not appear to be any follow-up. Did the media ask Arnold what's up with this?

Last I checked California remains the most populous state and therefore it's more likely California would have a greater percentage of folk on Welfare. Interestingly, according to this link, California is not #1

Moderator cut: link removed, linking to competitor sites is not allowed

Last I checked, California continued to contribute more in federal taxes than it rec's from the Fed. The #1 taker state remains Mississippi.

Fraud is non partisan and exists in the public and private sectors. No doubt that some welfare fraud is committed by state employees, in every state.
