Joe Klein loves Obama, his a democrat , a flag waver and a constant defender of Obama's, but even he sees that the promised Utopia is absent, even after four years, the worm is starting to turn.

Let me try to understand this: the key incentive for small businesses to support Obamacare was that they would be able to shop for the best deals in health care superstores — called exchanges. The Administration has had three years to set up these exchanges. It has failed to do so.

This is a really bad sign. There will be those who argue that it’s not the Administration’s fault. It’s the fault of the 33 states that have refused to set up their own exchanges. Nonsense. Where was the contingency planning? There certainly are models, after all — the federal government’s own health-benefits plan (FEHBP) operates markets that exist in all 50 states. So does Medicare Advantage. But now, the Obama Administration has announced that it won’t have the exchanges ready in time, that small businesses will be offered one choice for the time being — for a year, at least. No doubt, small-business owners will be skeptical of the Obama Administration’s belief in the efficacy of the market system to produce lower prices through competition. That was supposed to be the point of this plan.

Obamacare Incompetence

This is why it's so vital that any future president have executive decision making and managerial experience. It's like there are no experienced managers in positions of power in this administration. 0bama seems to prefer appointing ideologues and faithful political cronies, over people who are experienced professional managers.

We saw the same level of incompetency, failure and neglect with this sequester. Obama demands the people must follow plan A, and if they do not follow plan A, then the 0bama admin will administer plan B, except that no one in his admin ever bothers complying with that part of the law, they ignore their responsibilities and no one is preparing for, or implementing plan B.

"So let it be written. So let it be done."
The Pharaoh has spoken, now it's time to play golf.

It looks like a total lack of leadership, as if no one is in charge, and everyone assumes it's someone else responsibility to take care of handling the details. Everyone seems to just concentrate on their little niche, 0bama goes golfing and making policy speeches. So when everything starts falling thru the cracks, all they do is finger point and look for someone to blame.

Klein goes on to say:

But, as a Democrat — as someone who believes in activist government — he has a vested interest in seeing that federal programs actually work efficiently. I don’t see much evidence that this is anywhere near the top of his priorities.

I don't think 0bama concerns himself with anything once he thinks the notch in his belt has been made. Once he signs a bill, makes a policy speech, or deposes a government, he thinks his job is done, and he walks away, washing his hands of the whole thing, leaving all the little people to sort of the details.

Looks like our foreign policy is leaderless too, because North Korea says this, and 0bama goes out campaigning... again... and today, of all days, 0bama does not even have his Presidential Daily Briefing.

SEOUL — North Korea dramatically escalated its warlike rhetoric on Thursday, warning that it had authorised plans for nuclear strikes on targets in the United States.

"The moment of explosion is approaching fast," the North Korean military said, warning that war could break out "today or tomorrow".
