Well, let's nurse the little baby bomber and killer back to health so his attorneys can plead insanity for him in the courts.

The good guys won yesterday Nancy, the good guys won.

Not to be picky, but during the siege, ABC reported that Dunkin Donuts was allowed to stay open.

It's extremely difficult to win an insanity plea in federal court after the laws passed from the Reagan assisination attempt. It's nearly impossible to win it if there is no previously documented mental health issues.

No documented issues and a violent offense? You'd have better luck winning the lottery every day for 50 years in a row than getting off.

You should drop that saucy line, I can think of a few republicans who embraced rogue regimes in the past, which ended up biting American interests in the bottom.

I'm quite proud of the fact that so many Bostonians were so happy that the second suspect was taken into custody alive, rather than stooping to engage in the worship of violence, vindictiveness, and inhumanity I've seen others engaging in. Our well-regulated cadre of defenders and protectors performed in an exemplary manner, showing to the nation and the world what first-rate, conscientious, and professional police forces can do to serve society.

I still dont know how I feel about the lockdown that took place and how happily everyone complied. I guess their response to having their doors kicked and people coming in is what bothers me the most. A couple of friends panicked and are still outraged.

someone will certainly correct me if I am wrong , but didn't the actual capture occur after the lockdown ended?

and wasn't it a civilian who pinpointed the location of the suspect?

i am glad that he was taken alive so the families can actually get some answers.

i think we need to have better responses to terrorist events than "city lockdowns" and, more importantly, better preparation--- as our government was warned about the older brother previously and chose to do nothing about it.

i hope policies change because of this event, and we actually learn something before we get another "incident". I am sure that Bostonians are glad to have their city back.
